Introduction:

Hi,

I'm Amos Elroy and the creator of the HobNJRE.com resource site.

I hope you are finding the site, its tools, and information useful!

As a Residential Real Estate Consultant I built the site to provide my clients and the general public with access to information usually only accessible to the professional Realtor. I am however, as I mentioned, a Real Estate Consultant working with two main groups of people. Those who owe more on their house that it is currently valued at, and have difficulty paying the mortgage due to hardship, and private investors who are working towards financial independence.

Though our goal is to eventually derive 100% of our work from clients who were introduced to us by former clients, we are more than open for work with those individuals who we can help.
